Corrosion-Resistant and Leak-Proof, Safe Transmission

Chemical media often contain strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, which can easily permeate and corrode traditional hoses. Specialized chemical hoses utilize EPDM/PTFE liners, combined with stainless steel braiding reinforcement, to resist strong acids (such as sulfuric acid), strong bases (such as sodium hydroxide), and organic solvents (such as toluene), solving the problems of permeation, leakage, and material degradation during transportation.

Acid and Alkali Transfer Hoses: Resistant to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid corrosion, preventing embrittlement and cracking of the pipe wall;

Solvent Transfer Hoses: Resistant to organic solvents such as toluene/acetone, preventing swelling and deformation;

Reactor Connection Hoses: Resistant to high temperature and high pressure (e.g., 200℃/10MPa), ensuring precise transmission of reaction materials;

Exhaust Gas Discharge Hoses: Resistant to high-temperature exhaust gas corrosion, preventing blockage and leakage in the exhaust system.
