Beijing, 16 October 2026 — Scomera (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited at China Wind Power 2026 (CWP 2026), held 14–16 October at the China International Exhibition Center in Shunyi, Beijing. Six hose families were on the stand: industrial, hydraulic, food, general-purpose, data-centre liquid-cooling and blasting. Cooperation intentions were agreed with several customers during the show, with drawings and samples to follow.
Three questions came up again and again over the three days, and our answers are set out below.
It depends on whether the compound suits the coolant. Ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and deionised water each ask something different of the rubber. Before selection we confirm coolant type, concentration and working temperature, then fix the compound. Hardening or swelling usually means the fluid-resistance grade was set too low, or the cure system does not match — rarely a wall-thickness issue.
It can be verified at sampling stage: immerse a sample in the customer's actual coolant at working temperature, then measure changes in hardness, volume and tensile strength. If the numbers hold, we move on.
Residue inside the bore is the real risk in a liquid-cooling loop. Release agent, dust and cutting debris will block cold plates and quick couplings. We avoid release systems that leave residue, blow through after forming, cap the ends and pack clean. Where a cleanliness figure is specified, we can run particle testing and supply the data.
Leaks usually start at the fitting, not the hose. Crimp parameters are fixed by bore, wall thickness and fitting type; crimp force and pull-off force are sampled batch by batch, and every shipment is pressure or leak tested. Assembly matters too: O-ring or flat-face seal, tightening torque, and how much slack the hose is given. Get those wrong and even a good hose will seep.
Scomera (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. has made rubber hose for twenty years, with compounding, braiding and winding, extrusion, crimping and testing all done in-house. Customers send drawings and duty parameters; we return a specification, then samples and pilot runs.
Any hose question, just ask. Samples, data sheets and selection advice are always available.
