1. Carbon-Free Dielectric Construction – Electrical Safety Built Into the Wall (non-conductive EPDM hose) Unlike conventional rubber hose reinforced with conductive carbon black, the WIND HD uses a carbon-black-free high-insulation EPDM tube and cover, with an insulation resistance above 1 megohm per inch at 1000V DC.
2. 300 PSI Working Pressure with Ample Burst Margin (300 PSI non-conductive hose) The standard working pressure is 300 PSI with a burst pressure of 800–1200 PSI depending on size — a safety margin of 2.7x to 4x.
3. UL-94 V0 Flame Retardant Cover, Ozone and Abrasion Resistant (UL94 V0 flame resistant hose) The cover is an ozone-resistant, abrasion-resistant, flame-retardant EPDM synthetic rubber with a UL-94 V0 flame grade.
4. -40°C to +120°C Operating Window for 24/7 Duty (EPDM liquid cooling hose) From outdoor wind power equipment in cold climates to AI clusters running at full load around the clock, the -40°C to +120°C range keeps the hose flexible in sub-zero conditions instead of turning brittle, and dimensionally stable in high heat.
1. Data Center Liquid Cooling – CDU Secondary Loops & Server Rack Manifolds (data center liquid cooling hose) As a dedicated liquid cooling hose for data centers, it runs the secondary loop between the cooling distribution unit (CDU) and server rack manifolds, carrying glycol-water mixtures, propylene glycol and deionized water.
2. Wind Power Cooling – Converter, Generator and Nacelle Circuits (wind power cooling hose) Used on wind turbine converters, generators and in-nacelle cooling circuits, carrying coolant under combined vibration, wide temperature swings and outdoor ozone exposure.
3. Water-Cooled Cables and Medium-Frequency Converter Cabinets (water-cooled cable hose) Suited to water-cooled cable circuits in induction furnaces, medium-frequency converter cabinets and electrical cabinets.
4. Semiconductor Equipment and Cooling Towers (semiconductor equipment cooling hose) Used on semiconductor equipment cooling circuits and cooling tower circulation lines.
5. Mold Cooling, New Energy and General Industry (mold cooling hose) Suitable for mold cooling, injection moulding and plastics, new energy equipment, industrial furnaces and automotive production lines, including cooling branches serving industrial furnaces and hot runner systems.
Q1: Which coolants can it carry? Glycol, propylene glycol and deionized water? Yes. It handles general gas, hot water, cooling circulating water, refrigerants, ethylene glycol coolant, propylene glycol, fluorinated liquid, high-purity water and mildly corrosive fluids. The smooth carbon-free tube is chemically inert, compatible with glycol-water mixtures, propylene glycol and deionized water, and resists leaching and scaling. Special coolant formulations, or media dosed with corrosion inhibitors and biocides, have to be matched against the actual chemistry and concentration rather than assumed — we run that check before quoting, not after.
Q2: Can you supply hose assemblies with fittings, custom lengths and colours? What about MOQ and lead time? Yes. We build factory-crimped assemblies — ideally paired with our SLQC series liquid cooling quick disconnects — and can customise length, end fittings, surface colour (black, red, blue, green, yellow, white) and hose print marking. Fourteen sizes cover 6.0 mm to 88.9 mm ID, supplied in standard 40 m / 60 m / 100 m coils or cut to your length. Four figures are enough to start: bore size, cut length, pressure class and annual volume. Pricing and MOQ terms follow within 24 hours.
